It has been my experience that many people feel they are too old, not flexible or athletic enough to practice yoga. I show by example that people of all ages and varying physical abilities are able to enjoy yoga.  I continue to demonstrate that regardless of age, background or experience, how yoga can help everyone gain strength, flexibility, peace and integrity in both mind and body. I enjoy working with the many yogis I have met, and will meet, as I continue to learn and grow in my own practice.  I believe that my diverse life experiences, professionally, charitably and personally give me a unique talent to be able to relate, motivate and provide a welcoming environment for all clients. My true joy is to guide and encourage clients to find a feeling of peace and rejuvenation through yoga, Reiki and Thai yoga.
